My Bio
I'm a Theatre Student with an emphasis in Costume Construction. One of my Hobbies is Cosplaying. I love to do things that are challenging for myself. The farther you push yourself the more you learn. One of my biggest challenges in doing costumes is making it as inexpensive as I can while still making it look good. My biggest dream is doing commissions. I love making costumes but coming up with the money or the reasoning for wearing them can be quite challenging. I got my first commission in 2011 from my boyfriend. He wanted to try cosplay through a couple cosplay. He chose Full Metal Alchemist characters Roy Mustang and Riza Hawkeye. It was quite a challenge to me but so far has taught me a lot.
I have other interest than costuming. I'm a Nerdfighter. I love to read and walk. I like to help my family work on the motorcycles so that I can learn how to fix little things on my bike in the future. Motorcycles have been an interest of mine since I was six. I also love art. I don't draw but I can spend hours looking at art.

So I took 23 credits this term and worked 20 hours a week. On top of that all of these classes were Literature classes. This is my hardest term yet. Reading a ton on a daily bases and turning in a ton of 10 page papers but I've survived. Next term is my last term at SOU. Its going to be a breeze. I just have to make it through my finals this week and I'm on the home stretch.
I'm posting this as I work circulation for Hannon due to our 24 hour schedule. I started at 3am and I get off at 7am. All hours worked this week are volunteered for but I always forget how hard these shifts are until I'm working them. I can't concentrate on anything for

So I haven't Gotten as much done as I wish I had. For a while I didn't even know if I'd make a con this year but I'm happy to report that I'll be at Sacanime. Unfortunately I Only have Riza Hawkeye cosplay for Sacanime this year. I might have two Doctor Who Lolita Skirts that I'll be wearing for the other two days through. If everything works out of course. I'm hoping it will. I really don't like the idea of not portraying a character through. I'm really nervous about that. For anyone who doesn't know. I take on characters really well. But I'm shy normally and I'm claustrophobic in crowds so it makes any conventions I go to not in costume rea

Summer and fun

I have a much lighter schedule for this summer. I have a dress and cape project for a friend of mine, then hopefully some progress for Eowyn (like actually starting it). Then I hope to order in some fabric and make some Lolita Style bell skirts for myself. The last one will only happen if I have time/money of course. I'm just really hoping I will. I moved out of the dorm and I'm living in a house with a couple of friends for this summer and moving into an apartment for next year. It looks like I'm going to have a fun relaxing summer. I'm still working 30+hrs a week and taking one class both terms of the summer. Right now its a Native North Am
